Joseph A. Guarrera

Joseph Guarrera is an active member of the Azusa community and a resident of the district for over 40 years. Mr. and Mrs. Guarrera, as well as both their son and daughter, have all attended courses at Citrus College over the years.

"I worked for 36 years in municipal government including serving as Azusa’s Director of Community Services. I oversaw public works projects and have the experience to recognize when work is being done right and in a cost effective manner. I am committed to the youth of our community and continue to avidly recommend enrollment at Citrus College."

Mr. Guarrera is serving his first term of two years on the COC and represents the local business community.
