An annual schedule of events, seminars and conferences of interested are listed below.

September - Birth to Three Disabilities/Possibilities Seminar

This event is held annually in September and focuses on children with special needs and how to best care for these kids with any variety of physical impairment. Topics change annually and vary from hearing, vision, autism, etc.
April - Kinship Training Institute
This event is held in April during Spring Break and serves as a resource to Kinship caregivers to help them identify a range of topics related exclusively to kinship care giving. Some topics covered include laws, reunification, government assistance and resources, and roles, rights and responsibilities.
May - Together for Children
This seminar is held on the third Thursday in May and features a series of workshops on a variety of topics, including social issues like bullying, peer pressure, and self esteem; developmental issues such as brain development in children or medically fragile issues; and parenting skills such as bonding and communication. This is a collaborative event with Rio Hondo College and East Los Angeles College.
June - Kinship and Youth Training Institute (Your One and Only Life)
This event is held in June following finals at Citrus College.
Each year presents a different topic. Classes are held for the caregiver and youth separately, and then are reunited for a large group discussion.
Curriculum Advisory Committee meetings are held quarterly in September, December, March and June.
Facilitator meetings are held monthly (dark in July).
